What’s the Skinny?

What’s the skinny?  Well, I feel skinny.  Maybe not Twiggy skinny or even Oprah skinny, but skinny for me.  I can tell I’m losing weight.  My jeans fit better.  My spring in my step is springier.  I just plain feel skinnier than before.  A few pounds can really make a difference, and on day 11, I feel skinny.  Will I publish my weight?  I think not.  I may not be skinny on most people’s scale, but to me day 11 is a skinny day and I’m going to enjoy it!  Here’s to all the skinny days to come!  Oh, and here’s to your skinny days too.  You can do this.  You really can.
